Rain & Vacation Policy
Jenn's Gardening does not charge for the fifth week of service when a month has more than four service weeks. An account has a fifth week of service four times per year. This allows us to miss four days in the year due to rain. If we miss an account more than four times we will subtract the missed day from the monthly bill. We close December 25 - January 2; resulting in four serviced weeks in those months.
